What's inside?

Pure and complete. Nothing to hide.

  • Oat proteinGives your breakfast extra protein while keeping it oat-based. Deliciously creamy and filling, for a great start to your day.
  • OatsFine oat flakes complement the oat protein. Together they create that full oats texture and lovely bite.
  • Chia seedsChia seeds absorb moisture and make your breakfast a little thicker, with a bit of extra bite. You also get fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.
  • FlaxseedFlaxseed provides fibre and healthy fats, in just the right amount to round off your meal without adding unnecessary calories.
  • Cinnamon extract & natural flavouringsFor the Vanilla & Cinnamon flavour we use cinnamon extract and natural flavourings. They give your oats a warm, sweet vanilla-cinnamon taste, without artificial flavourings.
  • Real fruitFor the Berries & Banana flavour we use banana, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Freeze-dried, with pieces of raspberry for a mellow fruity taste.
  • Acacia fibreOn top of the fibre from oats, we add acacia fibre to your oats. That way you start the day with a breakfast that is high in fibre.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    • Protein Oats is made from oat flakes and oat protein, combined with cracked flaxseed, chia seeds and acacia fibre. Depending on the flavour, it contains cinnamon or freeze-dried fruit: banana, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Simple, pure and nicely filling.

    • Easy! Mix 2 scoops of Protein Oats with 175 ml of hot water and stir well. Leave it for 3 to 5 minutes so the oats turn nice and creamy. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Extra hungry? Go for a large serving with 3 scoops and 260 ml of hot water.

    • Once prepared with hot water, your breakfast is at its best for about 10 to 15 minutes. The fine oat flakes, seeds and fibre quickly absorb the moisture and create a lovely, creamy texture. The longer you wait, the thicker the oats get. Our advice? Enjoy them warm!

    • The biggest difference is in the preparation. You make our Overnight Oats with (plant-based) milk and leave them in the fridge overnight. Ideal if you want to sit down to breakfast straight away in the morning.

Protein Oats, on the other hand, are made for when you fancy a warm bowl of oats right now. Add hot water, give it a stir and you can enjoy it within a few minutes.

    • Yes, Protein Oats is an ideal, nutritious breakfast if you want to lose weight! Thanks to 20 grams of plant-based protein and 8 grams of fibre per serving, you stay full for longer, which helps keep your calorie intake under control.

Protein Oats also contains complex carbohydrates from oat flakes and oat flour, among other ingredients, which provide a gradual release of energy. That makes it a deliciously filling breakfast that keeps you going all morning!

    • Yes! Protein Oats is 100% plant-based and free from lactose and soy. Because we use oat flakes and oat protein, Protein Oats is not gluten-free.

    • A serving of Protein Oats Berries & Banana contains 7.7 grams of sugar. These sugars come partly from the added fruit and partly from a small amount of added sugar.

For comparison: an average banana contains around 20 grams of sugar. Thanks to the combination of protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates, Protein Oats is a nutritious and filling breakfast.

    • Absolutely, children can enjoy it too.

    • Yes, you can also use Protein Oats during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. It's an easy way to get extra protein and fibre as part of a varied diet. Have you received specific dietary advice because of your pregnancy, or are you unsure about anything? Always check with your midwife, doctor or dietitian.
