Thank you for your honest review. We fully understand that this is frustrating!

We apologize for the inconvenience. We processed and shipped your order on time, but unfortunately, the delivery service experienced a delay, which meant your package wasn’t delivered as expected. Although this is beyond our direct control, we understand that it makes little difference to you when you’re waiting for your order.

We appreciate you sharing this with us and are sorry that your first experience with us did not meet your expectations. We hope you are able to fully enjoy the products. 🧡

They promise to deliver next day if you order before 22:00. So i did and next day no delivery, dhl didnt even pick up the parcel at orange fit. I had a email conversation with Indy from customer services, she said sorry, but i told her i dont want a sorry, i want my products today, as i have arranged a schedule for today training and supllements. My whole planning is messed now, leaving me angry with no products today, and only a sorry when i almost bought products for €100.
This is poor customer support and poor customer relationship management. If i had know, i would order these supplements from a different company!

They fail their promise

Super to hear that you enjoy knowing exactly what's in our protein drinks, with no harmful nonsense! 🙏 And how cool that the personal touch with your name on the products adds that little bit of extra joy. Thanks for the lovely review, Bernadett!

I love it that I do not have to worry about all kinds of harmful nonsense as there isn’t any of those in your protein drinks. Thanks for that! I also love it that you write my name on the products I order. Adds a bit of good feeling.

I love it that I do not have to worry…

Great to hear that you're happy with both the products and delivery! Enjoy 😎

Great products and great delivery service!

Love OrangeFit!

Great to hear that you're noticing such a positive difference after just a week 💪 Enjoy 🌱

First, this brand aligns with my needs (plant based, and GF). After using protein & electrolytes for one week, I felt an immense difference in my physical performance as well as my energy. I don't feel tired in the middle of the day anymore (which used to be a default). Highly recommend product's of this brand.

Great products for nutritional additions

Orangefit Clear Protein tropical is lekker

Great to hear it works so well for you on busy days! Enjoy 💪

good taste, mixes well, and it also keeps me full when I'm busy all day and don't have time to stop for a meal

very satisfied

Very good product

Great products and great company. We have been using the protein, magnesium and omega-3's. I recently started the collagen, which I really like because I just add it to water and drink during my workout and also the creatine which is a quick add to water and guzzle down after breakfast. Shipping to Belgium is always fast.

Great products and great company

I recommend orangefit probiotics , I have ibs and I am feeling better.

I recommend orangefit probiotics

Great to hear! Thanks for your review 🧡

Always helpful and responsive!

Amazing to hear! 😍🥤 Thanks for sharing your positive experience!

Integrity, vegan, pure, delicious... bonus: no soy contamination!
These shakes are an outstanding way to start the day. The entire family enjoys them and I feel good knowing they are drinking a beautiful nutritional profile.

Orangefit everyday!

😉☕️💛 Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

Orangefit keeps delicious integrity of pure ingredients whilst eliminating (even through cross contamination) certain allergens/food sensitivities. This is a must for me, with a highly sensitive allergy to, even, spores of soy. I love the nutritional profile of these shakes and the protein boost! Everyone in my family enjoys the taste, as well… a huge win!
We like to make the shakes at night, mixing with a frother to eliminate clumps. In the morning, we simply remove them from the refrigerator and enjoy! They are a filling, properly healthy way to begin the day. Also, there is no harm in sneaking your morning espresso into your already made shake. You are welcome!

Orangefit for the win!

Wow, thanks for the awesome review! 🙌 So happy our Protein shake has become your daily go-to 💪 and that you love the personalized service too 😍🧡

My everyday go-to shake! The personalized service is fantastic, and the quality is unmatched. I’ll never buy another brand again.
