There's no standard way to make a green juice; everyone has their own green formula. However, there are several ingredients in a green juice that can be seen as essential and form the basis of every juice. These include:

  • Spinach
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Banana
  • Raspberry
  • Apple
  • Green tea
  • Ginger
  • Lemon or lime juice

Here's how you make your own green juice

Can't wait to make your delicious green juice? Great! It's time to share the step-by-step guide for a delightful green juice. Oh, and you can make this recipe with a blender; you don't need an expensive juicer.

Step 1: The base

Pour 250-300 ml of water into the blender. Add 2 sliced apples, about 90 grams of spinach (about a handful), 2 celery stalks, half a sliced cucumber, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, and 2 grams of ginger to the blender.

Step 2: Blend away!

Blend the ingredients on the highest setting until smooth. If it seems a bit too thick or is challenging to blend, add a small amount of water.
