Parfait of quark with granola and fruit

Mix the yogurt or quark with the cinnamon and protein powder.

Building a parfait is done layer by layer, so start with a layer of plant-based quark or yogurt.

Then add the pieces of fruit and a layer of granola.

Followed by another layer of quark or yogurt.

Finish it off with some tasty (homemade) crunchy granola, the remaining fruit, and a sprig of fresh mint.

Tip: sprinkle some pure cacao nibs or dried coconut shavings on top.
