They promise to deliver next day if you order before 22:00. So i did and next day no delivery, dhl didnt even pick up the parcel at orange fit. I had a email conversation with Indy from customer services, she said sorry, but i told her i dont want a sorry, i want my products today, as i have arranged a schedule for today training and supllements. My whole planning is messed now, leaving me angry with no products today, and only a sorry when i almost bought products for €100. This is poor customer support and poor customer relationship management. If i had know, i would order these supplements from a different company!
