This is a must for me, with a highly sensitive allergy to, even, spores of soy. I love the nutritional profile of these shakes and the protein boost! Everyone in my family enjoys the taste, as well… a huge win! We like to make the shakes at night, mixing with a frother to eliminate clumps. In the morning, we simply remove them from the refrigerator and enjoy! They are a filling, properly healthy way to begin the day.
